Ms. Perez, an Electrical Design Engineer, is known for her commitment to quality craftsmanship and her passion for integrating modern design with functionality. Her extensive knowledge in the use of diverse materials such as solid wood, laminated wood, acrylic, metal, and resin ensures that Space Savvy’s products meet high standards and customer expectations.

She is dedicated to exploring new design concepts and technologies that align with the needs of modern living, particularly for small-space dwellings.

Rowena has over twenty five years of Electrical Engineering and CADD practice in both manufacturing and electric utility industry.
She has worked in electrical design for various types of facilities including public buildings, hospitals, medical office building, K-12 schools and higher education modernization, and electrical site distribution; had been involved in different production improvement and automation as well as the implementation of ISO Standards as a Project Engineer; and for almost eight years now had done various projects on condominium fit-out works and home improvement as a side hustle.

It is in her fit-out works that she developed a fascination for modular cabinets and how great their impact is on the overall looks and functionality of the space. However, these cabinets usually do not come cheap, hence she is determined to be able to bring these delight in the homes of every filipino for a price that an average working individual can afford.
